Over the years, we have been lucky enough to form lasting relationships with various corporate and individual supporters. As a result, once in a blue moon, we are blown away by an unexpected donation that is sent our way.

This was recently the case when Chris Lischewki of Bumble Bee Tuna, let us know that a gigantic shipment of seafood products was coming our way. This delivery included a staggering 300 cases of canned and packaged items that we would now be able to provide our clients with.

The assortment, which included albacore tuna, pink salmon and sardines, was truly a blessing in disguise. To say that our food pantry locations were grateful to receive this surprise would be an understatement.

Thank you to Chris and Bumble Bee Tuna for keeping St. Francis Food Pantries and Shelters, and all the people who we assist, in mind!
