There’s something about PB&J sandwiches that seems to always bring people together. However, if ever there was a doubt in our minds, the success of our "Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich Making Program" clears that right up.
In recent months, corporate volunteers from
Chase,
Morgan Stanley,
Ted Moudis Associates and
Wells Fargo have partnered with us to make thousands of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. The sandwiches were sent to several food pantry locations, throughout the NYC-area, that we provide support to.
After all was said and done, over 350 employees donated their time to make over 16,000 sandwiches to help us feed New York's needy.
We cannot say thank you enough to these employees who donated their time in the morning, afternoon and/or evening hours to give back to
St. Francis Food Pantries and Shelters and all of the families that we support.
