There is something about PB&J sandwiches that always seems to bring people together! If ever there was a doubt in our minds about this fact, the success of our "Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich Making Program" clears that right up.

Over the past few months, volunteers from Morgan Stanley, Consolidated Carpet, Adelhardt, Colgate Palmolive, Polo Ralph Lauren and students of Columbia Business School have partnered with us to prepare and package peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. The sandwiches were sent to several New York City-area food pantry locations that we provide with support.

After all was said and done, hundreds of volunteers donated their time to make over 10,000 sandwiches to help us feed those in need.

We cannot say thank you enough to these employees and students who donated their time in the morning, afternoon and/or evening hours to give back to St. Francis Food Pantries and Shelters and all of the families who depend on our support to make ends meet.

PB&Js plus smiling faces are a winning combo! Can you sense the focus of these volunteers?

"Cheese! We're having so much fun!" Checking out the volunteer's cool shirts is always fun!

We are thrilled to be a part of Columbia Biz's "Day of Impact"! "One PB&J down, hundreds to go!"

"It feels wonderful to give back AND have fun!" Focus + friendship + PB&J!
